Who We Are

We are the Casey Ministerial Association (The CMA).  We are called by God to unity and service for the care of all God’s children, particularly in the Casey, Illinois environs.

The Casey Ministerial Association is a group of ministers and the congregations they serve who seek to serve God by serving God’s children in Casey, Illinois. Our intent is to impact our community in a positive and practical way for Christ.  By uniting our time and resources, we seek to meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of our community.  God loves everyone deeply and provides for all. However, in light of life’s trials, not everyone feels God’s love or experiences God’s bounty as abundantly as others.

HISTORY

In January of 1997 three pastors serving communities of faith in Casey saw need in their community.  Father Jeff Grant (Saint Charles Boromeo Catholic Church), Rev. Keith Raderstorf (Casey White Oak Church of God), and Rev. Steve Greene (Casey First Church of the Nazarene) surveyed the community and, as a result of their findings, chose to launch the Emergency Housing and Utility Assistance Program to help those in need throughout Casey.
